The hotel rooms were beautiful, roomy, and very clean, creating a gorgeous and welcoming atmosphere that was so comfortable after a long drive. However, I found it a bit challenging to get used to the bed facing the window. The service was excellent, with very friendly and down-to-earth staff who were always courteous, professional, and helpful, even accommodating special requests like mine. The location was perfect for visiting Amherst or Northampton, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment, especially great to enjoy on a sunny day. When it comes to dining, the breakfast spread was a bit skimpy for my taste, with disposable plates and individually packaged items, missing some heartier options I was hoping for. Lastly, the facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed during my stay.
